Hi everyone,

Here is hoping you all had a happy holiday season. The New Year is beginning 
and I am looking forward to meeting with everyone this Thursday. I am back 
on track and I hope to see you in the Classroom on Thursday. We will talk 
more about emotional eating and staying on track. We will be discussing an 
article and a book that many members wanted to read and discuss. If you
