2010
Hi everyone,
Here is hoping you all had a happy holiday season. The New Year is beginning
and I am looking forward to meeting with everyone this Thursday. I am back
on track and I hope to see you in the Classroom on Thursday. We will talk
more about emotional eating and staying on track. We will be discussing an
article and a book that many members wanted to read and discuss. If you
would like a copy of this article on emotional eating called “Eat your heart
out,” write to Robert Acosta. His contact info is found below.
Come join us and discover your own path to happy, healthy living.
