Just to add to this.
I did produce the scripts, and there were a lot of people who sent they wanted to test them, but I got very limited feedback.

What I will probably do within the next week or so is to publish the scripts on my web site, and then if anyone wants to use them they can.

  chedck the client voice settings under options -> accessability -? speach 
  options.. Uncheck any option that you do not wish to have the ms sapi speak. 
  also you might need to check enable accesssible text chat.
