Our presenter will be Goldie Shaw, half of the husband & wife team who run lowvisionchef.com.  Goldie has a Culinary Arts degree and 28 years of food experience.   Goldie’s business involves managing  a website and retail store which offers, among other things,  free video help, cooking basics videos, and blind/low vision kitchen problem solving.  The business also does demos & presentations to schools and groups in the area.
